مرکز تحقیقات تصویربرداری پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با بکارگیری نیروهای مجرب در سال 1388 تأسیس گردید. این مرکز با همکاری بخشهای بالینی و واحدهای علوم پایه و همچنین با مراکز علمی پژوهشی دیگر از قبیل علوم مهندسی و تکنولوژی ، فعالیتهای پژوهشی مشترک و توانمند صورت می پذیرد.
